Scanner backend updates
The scanner can now detect 152 different Web Application Firewalls (WAF). If there is a problem, we will display the error and WAF in the report. In some cases when the scanner is blocked, we will also send you an email.
New support website
We are now using Zendesk as our support ticket system and also our FAQ and other support related information can be found here:
To create a new support ticket just visit the above address and click Submit a request on the upper right.
E-mail notifications
If there is a problem with your website such as we can't reach the website. This could be due to problems related to DNS, slow or no response at all. We will now alert you using E-mail notifications.
